So the dentist tightened my braces yesterday to start closing the gaps from the extraction. 

And it fucking hurts like hell. 

Thank Lord my wisdom tooth, which has been a sonofabitch the past 2 days, stopped being a sonofabitch after I woke up this morning. Otherwise, I’d have to deal with 2 sources of not-easy-to-ignore pain, and just end up ripping my eyebrows from a pain-induced headache. 

On the brighter side, my braces are prettier (read: more colourful) now since the dentist stretched a single rubber band across each top/bottom row of front teeth, as opposed to one rubber band per tooth, which looked metallic and in turn, cyber waitressy ha ha ha ha. Anyway, my top row’s blue and my bottom row’s yellow. A lovely Bluebird combination.
